Shipping and Payment Terms

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. 

Shipping is done with Austrian POST and to Germany with DHL.

Costs within Austria:
Free shipping for orders over 50 Euros
Insured shipping with Post and tracking 4 Euros for orders under 50 Euros (Estimated delivery time according to shipping service provider - 1 to 3 business days).

Costs to Germany and the rest of the EU:
Free shipping for orders over 100 Euros
Insured shipping with Post and tracking 7 Euros for orders under 100 Euros (Estimated delivery time according to shipping service provider - 3 to 5 business days).

Costs to Switzerland:
Insured shipping as a registered letter with Austrian Post with tracking 16 Euros (Estimated delivery time according to Post - 6 to 8 business days).

Costs for worldwide international shipping:
Calculated directly at checkout.

Shipping costs for the Multisizer - Ring Sizer:
Within Austria, I charge 1 Euro for shipping.
For Germany, it is 2 Euros for shipping.

 

 

As of June 13, 2014, the legal situation regarding the declaration of delivery times changes for us online shop operators. The EU has decided that delivery times must be transparent and precisely stated. Since all of this is not easy, as the delivery is not done by us personally but by transport companies, I can only try to estimate the delivery times, and very generously. Normally, it is also much faster than stated below. These delivery times are, of course, only valid for products that are in stock in the shop. For custom-made items, I will inform you by email exactly how long it will take until I can ship.

In-stock products from my shop have the following delivery times:

• Delivery to Austria and Germany: Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or PayPal, delivery time another 1 to 4 business days, thus a total of 7 business days after payment order to bank or PayPal.
• Delivery within the EU: Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or PayPal payment, delivery time another 2 to 5 business days, thus a total of 8 days after payment order to bank or PayPal.

Delivery times to non-EU countries, worldwide

Here, the delivery time often depends on customs. It depends on how quickly the respective customs needs to clear a shipment. This can sometimes be quick, but can also take a very long time. As an online retailer, this is hardly estimable for me; the longest delivery to the USA so far took 5 weeks, with the package arriving at American customs after 2 days. For my part, I will do everything necessary to ensure that all regulations are observed and respected and hope that in most cases, it will be faster than stated below. And I will pass on the acquired information to my customers as quickly as possible.

• Delivery to the USA and the rest of the world: Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or PayPal payment, delivery time another 4 to 5 weeks depending on customs clearance.

Returns:

Should a ring not fit or a piece of jewelry not exactly match what you imagined. You can return your order within the statutory 14-day return period. You bear the return shipping costs yourself.

 

Please note that due to the handmade unique pieces and the sustainability model, I cannot offer free returns. Therefore, the customer must bear the costs for return shipping.

 

Please note: Returned products must be in their original condition: jewelry cards and pouches or boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn.

Jewelry that already shows signs of wear or use is excluded from return.

As soon as I have received the return, I will immediately refund the purchase amount.
