Shipping and payment terms

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

Shipping is via Austrian POST and to Germany via DHL.

For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free within Austria and Germany!

Costs within Austria up to 100 Euro order value:
Insured shipping by post and tracking 4 euros (specified shipping time according to shipping service provider - 1 to 3 working days).

Costs to Germany (up to 100 Euro order value) and the rest of the EU:
Insured shipping by post and tracking 6 euros (specified shipping time according to shipping service provider - 3 to 5 working days).

Costs to Switzerland:
Insured shipping as a registered letter with the Austrian Post with tracking 18 euros (specified delivery time according to the post office - 6 to 8 working days).

Costs to foreign countries worldwide:
are calculated directly at checkout.

Shipping costs for the Multisizer - ring knife:
Within Austria I charge 1 Euro shipping costs
For Germany it is 2 Euro shipping costs

As of June 13, 2014, the legal situation for us online shop operators regarding the specification of delivery times will change. The EU has decided that delivery times must be specified transparently and precisely. Since this is not easy, because we do not personally carry out the delivery but rather a transport company, I can only try to estimate the delivery times and do so very generously. In normal cases, it is much quicker than stated below. These delivery times naturally only apply to products that are in stock in the shop. If I make a product to order, I will tell you exactly by email how long it will take until I can ship.

In-stock products from my shop have the following delivery times:

• Delivery to Austria and Germany : Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or Paypal, delivery time another 1 to 4 working days, a total of 7 working days after payment order to the bank or Paypal
• Delivery within the EU : Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or Paypal payment, delivery time another 2 to 5 working days, so a total of 8 days from the payment order to the bank or Paypal

Delivery times to non-EU countries, worldwide

Here, the delivery time often depends on customs. It depends on how quickly the respective customs authorities need to release a shipment. This can sometimes be quick, but it can also take a very long time. For me as an online retailer, this is difficult to estimate; the longest delivery to the USA so far took 5 weeks, although the package arrived at American customs after 2 days. For my part, I will do everything necessary to ensure that all regulations are observed and respected and hope that in most cases it will be quicker than stated below. And I will pass on the information I obtain to my customers as quickly as possible.

• Delivery to the USA and the rest of the world : Handover to the transport company max. 3 days after your payment order to the bank or Paypal payment, delivery time another 4 to 5 weeks depending on customs clearance

Returns:

If a ring does not fit or a piece of jewelry does not correspond exactly to what you imagined. I want you to be satisfied and therefore offer you an extended return period of 30 days after receipt of the order, the piece of jewelry at your own expense .

Please note that due to the handmade, unique pieces and the sustainability model, I cannot offer free returns. The costs for return shipping must therefore be borne by the customer.

Please note: Returned products must be in their original condition: jewelry cards and bags or boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn.

Jewellery that already shows signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

As soon as I receive the return, I will immediately refund the purchase amount.
