Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Instructions on Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
(goodrun / Gudrun Stolz / Alpenblick 5 / 4203 Altenberg / Phone +43 (0)699 13327282 / Email: shop@goodrun.at)
by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that individually crafted jewellery (e.g., custom-made items according to customer wishes, tailor-made items, personalized pieces, or individually adjusted sizes and finishes) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
These jewellery pieces are specifically manufactured according to your order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded (§ 18 Para. 1 Z 3 FAGG).
I am of course happy to assist you if a size adjustment or alteration is desired – often a solution can be found to make your jewellery fit perfectly.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
Returns
The modalities mentioned in this section "Returns" are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal according to the section "Information on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers".
Customers are requested to notify the seller [goodrun / Gudrun Stolz / Alpenblick 5 / 4203 Altenberg / Phone +43 (0)699 13327282 / Email shop@goodrun.at] before returning the goods to announce the return. This enables the seller to assign the products as quickly as possible.
Customers are requested to return the goods to the seller as a franked parcel and to keep the proof of postage. The seller will reimburse the postage costs to the customers in advance upon request, provided that these are not to be borne by the buyer themselves.
Customers are requested to avoid damage or contamination of the goods. The goods should, if possible, be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, another suitable packaging should be used to provide sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
