Handmade earrings from real sage leaves
Are you also a nature fan and like to get a dose of energy from a walk in the fresh air? Nature gives us so much strength and vitality that we would like to carry it around with us all day long.
The sage meets the earring
With me you have now found the opportunity to carry nature with you. I make earrings out of real sage leaves made of silver , silver plated with 24 carat gold and bronze . Each earring is made from a real leaf. They are natural images of real leaves.
Sage plants around the house
The sage plant is my real favorite plant, I really enjoy eating and drinking it and I also love its smell and taste. I also fell in love with its shape and structure and make earrings out of these beautiful leaves.
Each earring is unique
Since every leaf is different and unique, every earring is also different. They are not even the same as a pair - because every single earring is taken directly from a real and fresh leaf in many thin layers.
The shape of the sage helps the leaf become earrings and I have to admit, I love the way it dangles from my ear. Since the ear hooks are just threaded through and not fixed to the hook, they move very easily on the ear.
The earrings are almost as light as real leaves
When I make them, I preserve the leaf-like appearance, which is why they are delicate and delicately crafted and therefore cannot weigh down your ears. The earrings are super comfortable to wear from morning to night, because you hardly notice them.
3 different materials
You get the handmade earrings in 3 different materials:
1 In silver they look very elegant and timeless, but the artificial oxidation gives them depth and a very visible structure. In this form it only works with silver and that of course brings the leaf structure even more to the fore.
2 In silver with a 24 carat gold plating, the sage leaves look very elegant and radiant. The gold plating is at its maximum thickness so that the structure of the leaves remains beautifully clear and does not begin to blur.
3 In bronze they have a very natural and warm character. The bronze makes the sage shine. The ear hooks in this version are in silver, however, as it is simply more compatible.
Care and storage of the sage leaf earrings
Never leave your earrings in a damp room, but rather store them in a jewelry box or a jewelry case, or even in a small plastic bag if you don't have anything else to hand. If you think the earrings are no longer shining so beautifully, you can gently polish the surface with a simple jewelry cleaning cloth. Now and then you can also coat the ear hooks with a disinfectant solution after you have cleaned them. That's all you need.
