In the Baroque period, earrings were particularly popular in lavish styles, while in the Rococo period, people went back to more delicate and airy styles.

Over the course of time, ear fashion has changed again and again, sometimes more lavish, sometimes more subtle. But nowadays, studs and dangle earrings are primarily worn by women. For men, earrings have more of a symbolic statement and are not just for decoration.

I often hear: "If you have long hair, you shouldn't wear earrings because they get caught in your hair and you can't see them." I can only partially agree with that because I also have long hair and I love earrings. I think they look really good even with long hair and I also really like the way earrings dangle.

If you have long hair, you always have the option of pinning it up or tying it back, then nothing can get caught and the earring will look beautiful.

Since dangling earrings are usually larger than studs, they are also more eye-catching and visually stand out. Therefore, you should pay attention to the occasion on which you are wearing the earrings and the larger the earrings, the fewer other pieces of jewelry you should combine them with. This way, you can give the earrings the space they need to have an impact.

Leaf earrings or leaf pendants always fit

The shape and material of the studs or earrings should of course match the rest of your clothing. But with leaf studs or leaf earrings it's really easy, because they go with almost any outfit. Whether elegant or casual, whether a suit or jeans and a sweater, a leaf always fits.
