Conditions of participation in the competition
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Registration/Participation
To participate in the draw, at least all the data specified as mandatory fields on the form must be provided. The participant is responsible for any changes to this data, in particular the address and email address.
2. Eligible participants
All persons who fully register on the list are eligible to participate.
3. Other conditions of participation
Participation is only possible via the Internet. Participation is in no way dependent on the purchase of jewelry from goodrun. By participating in the competition, the participant declares his or her agreement to the rules of the competition. Participation is possible within the times specified in the competition, or up to a specific date at the latest.
4. Prize determination & participation deadline
The competition runs until October 10, 2023. The winner will be chosen at random.
5. Notification of winners
The winner will be notified within one week of the draw.
6. Notification of winners

7. Applicable law
The competition is subject exclusively to Austrian law.
8. Transmission of prizes
The prize will be sent by post. If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, he or she will lose any claim to the prize.
9. Termination options
Goodrun reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot run as planned for any reason, such as software and/or hardware errors and/or other technical and/or legal reasons that affect the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper conduct of the competition. In such cases, goodrun also has the right to modify the competition at its discretion.

11. Legal recourse and liability
Legal recourse is excluded. 12. Severability Clause
Should a provision of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In such a case, the organizer and participants are obliged to cooperate in creating provisions that achieve a result that is as close as possible to the invalid provision in economic terms.
