Shipping and Payment Terms

The prices mentioned on the product pages include statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Shipping is done with the Austrian POST and to Germany with DHL.

Shipping is free within Austria and to Germany for orders over 50 euros!

Costs within Austria for orders up to 50 euros: Insured shipping with the Post and tracking 4 euros (Estimated delivery time according to the shipping service provider - 1 to 3 working days).

Costs to Germany (up to 50 euros order value) and the rest of the EU: Insured shipping with the Post and tracking 6 euros (Estimated delivery time according to the shipping service provider - 3 to 5 working days).

Costs to Switzerland: Insured shipping as a registered letter with the Austrian Post with tracking 17 euros (Estimated delivery time according to the Post - 6 to 8 working days).

Costs to worldwide destinations: Will be calculated directly at checkout.

Shipping costs for the Multisizer - Ring sizer: Within Austria, I charge 1 euro for shipping For Germany, it's 2 euros for shipping

As of June 13, 2014, the legal situation regarding the indication of delivery times changes for us online shop operators. The EU has decided that delivery times must be transparent and accurately stated. Since this is not easy because delivery is not personally handled by us but by transport companies, I can only try to estimate the delivery times generously. Normally, it is often faster than stated below. These delivery times apply only to products that are in stock in the shop. For made-to-order products, I will inform you exactly via email how long it will take until I can ship.

Stocked products from my shop have the following delivery times: Delivery to Austria and Germany: Handover to the transport company a maximum of 3 days after your payment order to the bank or PayPal, delivery time another 1 to 4 working days, so a total of 7 working days after payment order to the bank or PayPal Delivery within the EU: Handover to the transport company a maximum of 3 days after your payment order to the bank or PayPal, delivery time another 2 to 5 working days, so a total of 8 days from payment order to the bank or PayPal Delivery times to non-EU countries, worldwide Here, the delivery time often depends on customs. It depends on how quickly the respective customs need to release a shipment. It can be quick, but it can also take a long time. For me as an online retailer, this is hardly predictable; the longest delivery so far to the USA took 5 weeks, although the package arrived at the American customs after 2 days. I will do everything necessary to ensure that all regulations are complied with and respected and hope that in most cases, it will be faster than stated below. And I will pass on the information obtained as quickly as possible to my customers.

Please note that due to the handcrafted individual pieces and the sustainability model, I cannot offer free returns. Therefore, the costs for the return shipment must be borne by the customer.

Please note: Returned products must be in their original condition: Jewelry cards and pouches or boxes must be completely intact, products must be new and unworn.

Jewelry pieces that already show signs of wear or use are excluded from return.

As soon as I receive the return, I will immediately refund the purchase amount.
