Sage Ring in Gold
This ring is cut directly from a fresh sage leaf. The ring is a unique, handmade piece.
The sage ring is open at the back, which gives you some flexibility in the size and you can adjust the ring carefully and lovingly when you put it on for the first time. But you should only do this ONCE, because the ring is made of metal and any metal breaks if it is constantly bent back and forth.
The sage leaf ring is crafted in a very leaf-like manner and therefore wraps around the finger like a band, making it a real joy to wear.

The silver sage leaf ring is plated with 24 carat gold. This means that the gold layer is much thicker than with normal gold plating. With gold plating, the gold grade is between 0.1 µg - 0.2 µg (micrograms). With gold plating, a thickness of up to 10 µg can be achieved. The gold plating is many times thicker and therefore has a much longer durability. I am very concerned about the quality of my jewelry and it is therefore important to me that you enjoy your favorite piece of jewelry for a long time. Depending on how often you wear it and how long it takes, this very thick gold layer can wear off. But then you can also re-plate it.
Ring care and storage
When not wearing the sage ring, it is best to store it in a jewelry box or jewelry case, not in a damp room such as the bathroom. Jewelry should also always be removed when washing hands or showering.

I mainly use old silver. By using this recycled material, I am actively contributing to waste reduction and environmental protection.
Recycling silver saves energy and reduces mining and its negative environmental impact. As an environmentally conscious jewelry designer, nature is important to me and I am proud to do my part to protect the environment.

Yes! Each piece of jewelry is made from a real leaf that I collect myself and immortalize layer by layer in silver or gold through an elaborate process. This way, the unique shape and structure of nature are preserved forever – not an imprint, but a real leaf.
The leaves are stabilized with recycled silver in my studio and fired at almost 1,000°C. The result is a robust piece of jewelry that will accompany you for many years – mindfully crafted, light to wear, and yet sturdy.
